First of all, the staff was amazing; everyone was very polite and helpful. My room was spacious, painted with a wonderful grey colour which was very eye-friendly. The bathroom was pretty big as well- the water pressure was wonderful and many mirrors were installed. The bed was big and comfortable, with the matress and pillows being not too soft and not too hard either; they were just right. Many cafes, bars and places to eat are all within walking distance and the hotel is also very close to the Friesenplatz U-Bahn station, so moving around the city is very easy.

Well run hotel with excellent staff who go above and beyond often to help their guests. Excellent breakfast, many option, gluten-free and vegan options as well as traditional options. Quiet room, excellent soundproofing, comfortable beds, new mattresses, sufficient pillow options. Very good gym with sauna and towels, sparkling water and well equipped and maintained. Compliments to the management!

The highlight was the shower because I could turn it on/off and set the temperature with the buttons. The water is also very stable. Moreover, it is very convenient since I do not have to guess whether the temperature is too hot or cold, which is good when we take our baby for a bath. The breakfast was excellent; everything was there, with plenty of fruits, a generous selection of bread, and warm meals.

Breakfast was excellent, with really good and varied continental and English breakfast type choices. Room very clean and comfortable. Was also quiet, even with roadworks going on outside during our stay. The spa and gym was of a very high standard. One of the best saunas we've experienced. Location is 15 minute flat walk to the cathedral, or only 5 minutes from some excellent shops.

Our stay in the hotel was fantastic. Check in was quite fast, staff was friendly. Room was cozy and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was also satisfying, not too small. Windows are sound proof, which was great since our room was oriented toward the busy street. I have to say that breakfast was excellent, exceeded my expectations in terms of choice and freshness. Location is excellent as well, 15 mins walk to the Cathedral.

Breakfast was the best we have had in out 7 weeks of traveling, alot of variety and great value for money. Gym was great with a nice sauna area also and wasn't busy. The bar manager, Patrick was amazing, made us feel so welcome and was beyond helpful and even created a personalised cocktail for me, he was also the one to recommend we try the buffet breakfast that we loved. Would 100% stay again.

The hotel was very nice; just around the corner from some nice beer hall which was fantastic. The area it is in is very good and offers a lot of local coffee shops and restaurants. The hotel staff were very helpful and made my stay all the better.

Big room, it has big classic wooden furniture which is not really my style but it was all okay, clean and a lot of storage. The room and especially the bathroom was very hygenic. The bathroom had a big shower head with a very easy button system so the shower was very comfortable. Big, comfy beds. Temperature in the rooms was good (it was freezing outside). Location is good, walking distance or metro distance from most of the interesting places, we did a lot on foot. Restaurants in the paralel street (I recommend the Japanese restaurant!). Lot's of choice for the breakfast!
